Photography for All in Steyning West Sussex

Information

Steyning Camera Club was formed in 1972, and is one of the most lively and active camera clubs in the south of England.

Our purpose, first and foremost, is to enjoy photography. We are friendly, open and welcoming to photographers of all interests and abilities from complete beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. We also encourage high quality imaging, and are keen to keep abreast of current trends in photography. Members have a considerable range of subject interests, mostly working in digital media.

Meetings

From September to May, our main meeting night is on Mondays at Upper Beeding Village Hall (Map Link),  19:15 for 19:30 start.

Visitors and new members’ are always welcome; just turn up at our next meeting. There is an entrance fee of £3.00 for visitors at meetings when there is a guest speaker. Visitors who decided to join the club and have paid for admission will have that amount deducted from their subscription fee.

Additionally, we run practical Workshops – usually Wednesdays, and a very popular “Coffee Club” throughout the year, with a view to providing a social environment and practical learning from our more experienced photographers, and to enjoy coffee, of course.

Activity continues throughout the Summer with members attending a variety of field trips and external events.
