Coffee Club – Location Swanbourne Lodge, Arundel – 4th July 2017
Our British summer has been very hit and miss over the last few weeks but we’re going to take a chance that it’ll be dry on Tuesday 4th July and go to Swanbourne Lodge. For those who don’t know the Lodge, built in 1852, is the gateway of the beautiful 1,000 acre Arundel Park overlooking the boating lake with a backdrop of cliffs and trees. The lodge has a lunchtime menu, cream teas and homemade cakes.
Thereafter, members of Arundal Wetlands may choose to visit the Wetlands or alternatively a visit to the beautiful Arundel Cathedral or, just over the road to the cathedral, St Nicholas Church built in 1380 but still open to visitors daily.
