Peaks of Experience

This brand new audio-visual slide presentation by Ken Scott is due to premiere in Steyning on 7th April. Featuring both old and recent work, Ken is building on a previous AV philosophy of simplicity and the experiential nature of his subject. In his own words:

"This AV is not the place for storylines; it is pure experience. When I am standing high on a summit at sunrise, in a space of silence, where every tiny movement of air can be perceived on the skin, and where one can feel at the same time both highly vulnerable and intensely alive - that is what Maslow would have called a Peak Experience. I want my audience to be aware of that, and to come as close as they can to feeling something stir inside them as they sit in a comfortable room. I'd like them to reflect on their own experience and to come away with a little more self-awareness, as well as having enjoyed themselves of course."
